Shalom and thank you for your interest in the 2025 Sinai Temple Young Professional March of the Living Delegation. As you fill out the following application, please be assured that all information will be protected by the International March of the Living.

This form must be completed by each individual and will need to be completed in one sitting.

In order for an application to be considered, you will need to submit a $1000 deposit at the time of registration. The Payment/Refund/Cancellation Policy can be found by clicking here.

Please note that flights between the US and Poland are not included and should be booked on your own.  This trip is designed for ages 21-39.

Have your health insurance card, emergency contact information, and digital copy of the front page of your passport, including number/expiration date, available prior to beginning the form (If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, you will be able to complete the form by following the instructions in the passport section)

Upon completion, please visit the payment section. You will receive an email with confirmation of all your answers to the email address you provided.

The International March strongly recommends that all participants purchase trip cancellation and travel insurance. Please note that in order to ensure coverage for pre-existing conditions, eligibility for Cancellation for Any Reason (CFAR), you must purchase a plan within 21 days after making the initial trip payment of any kind including flights and any payment to MOTL. The International March of the Living does not provide health insurance. All participants must have health insurance in place to cover emergency and/or routine medical services overseas. If your health insurance does not cover routine and emergency medical services that happen abroad, you must purchase a short-term supplemental travel health insurance policy that will cover the entire duration of the trip.

Please note that the International March of the Living will comply with any governmental regulations determined by Poland and the State of Israel in regard to Covid-19 at the time of travel.
