INTERNATIONAL ADULT MARCH OF THE LIVING FEES/PAYMENT SCHEDULE/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Cost
- Full Program – $7350 (includes all accommodations and land arrangements in Poland, all accommodations and land arrangements in Israel, and flight from Poland to Israel)
- Poland Only – $4450 (includes all accommodations and land arrangements in Poland)
- Poland Land Only plus flight from Poland to Israel – $4925 (includes all accommodations and land arrangements in Poland)
- Single Supplement in Poland $1050
- Single Supplement in Israel $825
An initial deposit of $500 must be paid by credit card at the time of registration – no later than November 20, 2024. You will receive an email invoice for the owing balance by November 30, 2024. 50% of the owing amount must be paid by December 16, 2024, and the final balance must be paid no later than January 30, 2025.
Individual Cancellation Policy: Should a participant in the International March of the Living Adult delegation elect in writing to cancel participation in the Program for any reason, including COVID-19 related cancellations, and this written notice of said cancellation is sent to the IMOTL (International March of the Living), IMOTL will refund the participant’s fee, minus the amount withheld below, depending on the date of the written cancellation. In the event that an individual chooses to cancel participation on the 2025 March of the Living trip, this is the financial risk to each participant:
Amount Withheld:
- Through November 30, 2024 – Deposit fully refunded
- December 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024 – $500 withheld
- January 1, 2025– January 20, 2025 – $1000 withheld
- January 21, 2025 – February 14, 2025 – 50% of total cost withheld
- On or after February 15, 2025 – no refunds
All cancellations must be sent via email to Monise Neumann at monise@motl.org and must be received at least 24 hours prior to the cancellation end date.
Post Commencement: If at any time after commencement of the travel portion of the program, the IMOTL delegation is precluded from onward travel, there shall be no refunds.
Vendor Limitations: Situations beyond the control of the IMOTL arising within sixty-five days (February 15, 2025) of the Program start date will only permit such refunds as IMOTL is able to negotiate and obtain from the airlines, hotels and other tour related providers (“Vendors”). Delegations and participants shall not be entitled to any refunds beyond what IMOTL is able to obtain from its Vendors and agree to waive and hold harmless IMOTL regarding any such claims.
Trip Insurance: The International March of the Living strongly recommends that all participants obtain trip insurance which includes but is not limited to cancellation, interruption and medical coverage. The March of the Living strongly encourages adding on Cancel For Any Reason policy, although it is not mandatory.
