What was the most memorable moment of your experience?

Each camp was a different experience.  As a young adult, the most impressive experience was looking at the irony of the trip.  The sun was shining, the birds were chirping and the towns people we saw were busy carrying out their lives.  It was easy to see how the horrors could happen so close to their homes.

How were you impacted by the overall experience?

I made aliyah a few years later. I decided that Israel was the only place to raise my children.

What else would you like to share about your experience?

It was the experience of a lifetime.
