The International March of the Living mourns the passing of Judy Weissenberg Cohen.
A noted survivor of the Holocaust and human rights activist, Judy eloquently and courageously shared her story with thousands of young people on the March of the Living, through her own website, Women and the Holocaust, and through countless speeches and interviews. Her moving memoir, A Cry in Unison, was published in 2020 by the Azrieli Foundation’s Holocaust Survivor Memoirs Program.
Judy passed away shortly before Rosh Hashanah, just a few days shy of her 98th birthday.
